Services

Serving our customers is something we take pride in and close collaboration is our culture and work ethic; we welcome challenges unique to each client and requirement. Customers rely on Arktis to install, support, and sustain systems in the field, provide training and consulting, as well as to provide radiation detection as a service to meet immediate needs.

As such, we are dedicated to producing open architecture systems that meet very specific client demands and requirements; adaptation is an Arktis specialty.

For customers new to radiation detection, we have policy and technical expertise to assist in defining and addressing threat assessments: We provide evaluation of the threats radiological sources and nuclear materials pose to your organization, in particular for your employees and customers, and propose ways to mitigate those threats. We are equipped to carry out dedicated measurement campaigns with our equipment that provide a baseline radiological footprint of your supply chain and thus identify anomalies.

Consulting, Installation & Training

Arktis provides consulting in the field of rad/nuc threat detection for government authorities, industry and media. We offer training courses for decision makers and stakeholders to operator training on specific equipment that can include train-the-trainer (T3), on-the-job training, refresher training as required, as well as system effectiveness assessments to identify gaps in training or operator knowledge to improve overall performance and increase the probability of detection. Arktis tailors its technology, software, user interface solutions on a collaborative basis.

Radiation Detection as a Service

Resource constraints or urgent needs can overwhelm organizational capabilities to mitigate rad/nuc threats. Arktis has the capacity to respond by providing radiation detection as a service that includes equipment (static and mobile), support, and technical expertise for mass event security, critical infrastructure protection and access screening.

Maintenance & Support

Our collaborative and 24/7 on-call team of subject matter experts supports our customers and systems in the field. In addition to our standard solutions which typically include training, system adjustment and “burn-in” periods and on-call/on-line support, we also develop dedicated maintenance plans and project schedules in close collaboration with the customer. Sustaining our deployed systems is paramount to radiological and nuclear threat reduction.
